Wenlock Court is the second and final phase of a £42m investment in student residences at the University of Bedfordshire’s Luton campus and prides a further 273 study bedrooms. It follows the completion of the nearby Fitzroy Court, and the two schemes are the first purpose built student accommodation for Campus Living Villages in the UK.
The development makes a substantial contribution to both the University’s vision for the future and to the urban regeneration of Luton Town Centre. It has been designed to promote CLV’s approach of providing a supportive community where students can live, learn and grow during their time in higher education and gain life skills beyond the curriculum.
The scheme was completed for the 2012 academic year.
